Meet at SCA at 5:40 AM – Depart SCA promptly at 5:45 AM on Friday Morning.
Be sure to pack refillable water bottles, food, snacks, sun screen, track gear, warmup gear, blankets, pillows, pop up chairs, blankets to sit on, ect. for the trip. It may be cold in the morning and windy, so athletic warm up gear is advised.

• Please remind your parents that there is a gate fee for this event. $8 for adults, $5 for students, kids 5 and under are free.
• We will provide a QR code for parents to pull up both the meet schedule and meet programs at the gate. As well as a separate QR code for the live results. Additionally, all will be linked on the Track Page of the GAPPS website.
• The gates will open at 8:00 AM. All teams must come through the top gate. First event is not until 10:00am. Coaches meeting at 9:00am, Volunteer Meeting will be held at 8:45am.
• We will adhere to the schedule. The schedule is designed to ensure that athletes are provided adequate rest time.
• The coaches meeting will take place in the locker room at the right side of the track when facing the visitors side.
• We will be weighing implements during the Coaches meeting. We will close down the weighing of implements 30min prior to the beginning of Session 1 Field Events. However, once the coaches meeting is over, you will need to track me down for weighing of implements.
• The infield will be partially closed during the meet. Only athletes awaiting the start of their event, athletes awaiting their award after their event, coaches and volunteers are allowed in the infield. **Please tell your athletes that they cannot accompany their friends to the infield unless they are in the same race.
