Meet at SCA – 7:30 AM

Our Varsity Team will enter the stadium together at 8:00 for team group admission on the visitor side. Athletes will need to meet at SCA and follow the minibus or ride it to Hugh Mills Stadium.

Coach Byrd will be at SCA with the Minibus at 7:30. We will have to load the bus that morning. We will arrive at Hugh Mills Stadium at 8:00. Runners do not be late!

Bring money for lunch at the Meet
Bring Lunch / Snacks to last through the day

Pack your re-fill able water bottles, snacks, lunch, hats, sunscreen, sunglasses, warm up gear, shoes, pillows, blankets, stadium seats, rain gear if there is a chance for weather, etc.

Please find Hugh Mills Stadium track meet guidelines and policies for the track season.
Team entrance will be at the East Side gate entrance. We will not enter down the hill.
Tents are allowed for teams in the East side bleachers.
Buses will drop off teams at the Stadium Drive Entrance on the East side.
Buses will park behind the Albany High Fieldhouse on the football fields.
Spectators will sit on the West side only.
Student-athletes are not allowed to enter the West side bleachers from the track.
No field access other than teams, coaches, athletic trainers, doctors, officials, media and school administrators.
No standing or loitering in concourse areas.
Children under 9th grade must enter and remain with an adult.
No crossover on track once you enter the stadium.
Concessions will be open on both sides.
No reentry to the stadium once you exit.
Spectator tickets will be sold at the gate.

The L.C. Smith & Winfred Benson Relays is GHSA SANCTIONED and will be held at Hugh Mills Stadium, home of the GHSA Girls State Track & Field Championships. We will begin promptly at 9:00am. Entries will be limited so please submit your entries as early as possible.
