For The Varsity State Meet – It is imperative that all runners pay special attention to their diet, hydration, sleep, and preparation ahead of time. Runners have been told what to expect and how to prepare in practice – but it will be up to them to follow these recommendations in order to be prepared and be physically ready.

• Race Day Schedule:
o 6:15 am – Minibus Riders Meet at Sherwood Baptist Church Doncaster Parking Lot (optional)
o 6:30 am – Minibus departs Sherwood Baptist Church
o 9:00 am – All Runners Arrive at Meet Location at the Latest
o 9:30 am – Div 1 Boys
o 9:50 am – Div 1 Girls
o 10:30 am – Div 2 Boys
o 10:50 am – Div 2 Girls
o Awards will be presented following the conclusion of the Girls race for each Division.
(SCA is in Division 1).

Lunch will be at: Stevie B’s Pizza following the Awards Ceremony | 2907 Watson Blvd suite 13, Warner Robins, GA 31093

• There is a parking entry fee of $5 per spectator ($10 max per vehicle). Please inform your parents, and ask that they bring cash.
