Summer weight workouts ( for those that don’t have a plan or would like extra work)

Tuesday and Thursday Girls – 9:30-10:30 am Guys – 11:00-12:00 noon GIAA Note

Reminder that we are now in the GIAA association. Make sure you have an updated physical on file. All physicals are good for one calendar year. If you need forms, they’re in the document section in team app. Everyone Must have a physical on file with the athletic department to participate in summer workouts and sports.
