Iron Eagle Summer Fitness Schedule

This workout is for rising 9th-12th graders. With 16 different sports, many of our coaching staff and athletes have set workouts for the summer. This is a summer workout for anyone, athlete or not, who wants extra training/a consistent workout period. This will be in the month of June on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Girls 9:30-10:30
Boys 11:00-12:00
